SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

NextSpace provides premium outdoor furnishing solutions for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. By placing an order with Next Space LLC (“NextSpace”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. These terms are legally binding and designed to clearly define the responsibilities of both parties.

1. Stock Availability

 

NextSpace strives to maintain accurate stock levels. However, product availability is subject to change without notice. In case of a discrepancy, we reserve the right to:

• Fulfill available items only, and

• Notify you regarding the unavailable items with the option to await restocking or request a refund of the backordered item(s).

NextSpace is not liable for delays caused by backordered or discontinued items.

2. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, packaging dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

• All shipping fees are quoted in advance and must be paid in full before dispatch.

• Once confirmed, shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Any local delivery fees, customs clearance charges, storage fees, or other destination-related costs are the full responsibility of the Buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Warranty Returns

 

NextSpace honors valid manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may be reimbursed upon successful claim approval.

• All returns must be pre-authorized in writing.

• NextSpace reserves the right to reject any claim that appears to be due to improper use, poor storage conditions, exposure to unsuitable weather, or unauthorized modifications.

• Claims are processed within 30 business days after receipt of returned goods.

4. Delivery Terms

 

4.1 Domestic Deliveries

 

Typical delivery timelines are 2–7 business days, depending on destination and courier availability. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

4.2 International Deliveries

 

Air freight: 3–10 business days

Sea freight: 4–6 weeks

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions. NextSpace is not responsible for customs-related delays.

 

4.3 Address Modifications

 

Delivery address changes are accepted only prior to dispatch and must be confirmed in writing. Changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

 

4.4 P.O. Boxes

 

Courier services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. In such cases, shipments are made via national postal services at the Buyer’s risk.

 

4.5 Partial Shipments

 

NextSpace may deliver orders in parts unless otherwise requested. Each partial shipment will be invoiced separately.

 

4.6 Delayed Deliveries

 

If delivery exceeds the quoted estimate, you must notify us promptly so we may investigate with the carrier. NextSpace will not offer compensation for delays unless explicitly agreed in advance.

5. Tracking & Delivery Acceptance

​

• Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

• Buyers must inspect shipments upon receipt. If there is visible damage, do not accept the parcel and contact NextSpace immediately.

• If accepted, any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours, supported by photos and documentation.

Failure to report within this timeframe releases NextSpace from liability.

6. Duties & Taxes

 

6.1 VAT

 

Quoted prices may or may not include VAT, depending on the transaction jurisdiction. VAT liability remains with the Buyer unless stated otherwise.

 

6.2 Import Charges

 

The Buyer is responsible for all import duties, clearance fees, and other destination-country taxes, unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Any refusal to pay these charges is considered breach of contract and may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.

7. Cancellations

 

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. This includes any payment made toward the deposit or full value.

Any exception must be approved in writing by NextSpace and may incur cancellation fees of up to 100% of the order value.

8. Insurance

 

NextSpace insures shipments up to the invoice value during transit. Once delivered to the final destination or confirmed accepted by the recipient, risk transfers to the Buyer. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

​

 

9. Additional Delivery & Installation Services

 

NextSpace may offer white glove delivery, assembly, or on-site installation upon request. These services:

• Must be confirmed in writing prior to shipment

• Are subject to additional charges, billed separately

• Require the Buyer to ensure site readiness (including access, power, and surface preparation)

• May be postponed or incur extra charges if the site is inaccessible or unprepared at the scheduled time

 

NextSpace is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from unprepared sites, third-party contractor interference, or client-side miscommunication.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

NextSpace’s total liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected goods. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profit, opportunity, or project delays

• Third-party delays, including freight carriers, customs, or site contractors
