Care questions, answered
Practical answers to the questions we hear most about looking after outdoor furniture.
Still have a question?
Ask our teamHow do I identify my material?
Your order confirmation and the product page list the materials and finishes of your furniture. If you are still unsure, send us a photo of the piece and your order reference using the form below.
Where can I find the manufacturer's care instructions?
Many product pages offer the brand care guide as a download. For your exact product and finish, always follow those instructions. If you cannot find them, our team can send you a copy.
How often should I clean my outdoor furniture?
It depends on the material, the location and how often the furniture is used. Coastal, sunny and humid settings usually need more frequent care. A gentle routine clean with fresh water and a soft cloth is a good start, unless the manufacturer advises otherwise.
Can I use a pressure washer or household cleaners?
Only if the manufacturer guide allows it. High pressure and strong chemicals can damage finishes, weaves and fabrics, so use the methods recommended for your material.
Should I cover or store my furniture?
Protective covers help keep furniture clean between uses and during long periods of sun, dust or rain. Make sure the furniture is clean and dry before covering it, and leave room for air to circulate.
What should I do about stains or marks?
Act quickly and blot rather than rub. Check the care guidance for your material before using any product. For marks that do not lift, send us a photo and we will advise. Ask our team.
Can you help with an existing order?
Yes. Share your order reference and what you need help with in the form below, and our team will get back to you. Ask our team.
