An Arabian-inspired hotel with a distinctly residential rhythm.

Palace Dubai Creek Harbour gives traditional Arabian hospitality a contemporary waterfront address. Designed by Godwin Austen Johnson, with interiors by LW Design Group, the hotel brings a sense of intimacy to the larger scale of Dubai Creek Harbour. One of its most memorable outdoor settings is the ninth-floor infinity pool, where the experience opens out towards the creek and the city beyond.

NextSpace supplied the exterior furniture for the hotel and residences, working with the Emaar design team, purchasing consultant Cairncross Martin and project manager Mirage. The scope connected the public character of a luxury hotel with the more personal way outdoor spaces are used by residents.

A hospitality terrace needs to feel welcoming at first glance; a residential outdoor space needs to remain comfortable and relevant through everyday use. Within Palace Dubai Creek Harbour, both belong to the same architectural identity. The exterior furniture carries that continuity beyond the interior, bringing the hotel’s Arabian-inspired character into a more open, contemporary waterfront setting.
