Two social settings, one waterfront address.
Address Creek Harbour approaches Dubai from the water rather than from within the skyline. Set in the Address Harbour Point development, the hotel turns its attention towards the creek and the city beyond. Its outdoor settings offer a different perspective on the destination: close to the activity of Dubai, but visually removed from it.
NextSpace supplied outdoor furniture for the pool area and all-day dining venue, working with Emaar and purchasing consultant Cairncross Martin. The scope brought together two essential parts of the hotel experience, each with a different pattern of use but a shared relationship with the waterfront.
A pool setting encourages guests to settle in; an all-day dining space changes character as the day progresses. The outdoor furniture connects these different rhythms within the same waterfront address. Previously recorded in NextSpace’s portfolio as Address Grand, the project brings the quieter experience of the creek into two of the hotel’s most social settings.
