Banyan Tree Dubai Luxury Villas
The comfort of a private residence, carried outdoors.
On Bluewaters Island, Banyan Tree Dubai brings the atmosphere of an island retreat to a location close to Dubai Marina. The resort overlooks the Arabian Gulf along 500 metres of private beachfront. Its signature oceanfront villa extends this relationship with the coast through private gardens, an infinity pool and a terrace for outdoor dining.
NextSpace supplied the outdoor FF&E for the luxury villas, following specifications by Yasmin Farahmandy and her studio, Y Design Interior. The supply scope centred on the villa accommodation, supporting the designer’s specification for its exterior living spaces.
For a luxury villa, a terrace is a place to live: somewhere to have breakfast, spend an afternoon with family or entertain in the evening. Furniture gives these moments their setting. At Banyan Tree Dubai, NextSpace’s role was to supply the specified outdoor pieces, extending Yasmin Farahmandy’s vision into the open air.
