A private garden with the completeness of a resort.

R9 Villa brings the idea of resort living into a private home in Al Barari. Developed by Range Developments within the community’s green setting, the residence belongs to a different kind of Dubai luxury: one defined less by the skyline than by space, privacy and the ability to live comfortably outdoors.

NextSpace supplied furniture and shade from DEDON, Gloster, Potocco, Umbrosa and Gandia Blasco, working with the project’s design team, identified in NextSpace’s reference as EMKAAN. Rather than treating the exterior as a single furniture setting, the five-brand package offered a broader vocabulary for the home’s outdoor life.

A private garden is used repeatedly, by the same people, in different ways across the day. Furniture must support that familiarity as well as the first impression. At R9, specialist collections from five brands give the residence a layered outdoor character: the ease of a private home, approached with the attention to setting associated with destination hospitality.
