Vida Dubai Mall

Downtown Dubai, UAE  |  Hotel & serviced residences

A different tempo above Downtown Dubai.

Vida Dubai Mall places outdoor hospitality within one of Dubai’s busiest urban settings. Designed by Aedas, the development combines hotel and residential accommodation in two towers of different heights, connected through a shared podium. Direct access to Dubai Mall through Chinatown gives the property an unusually close relationship with the life of the surrounding district.

NextSpace supplied outdoor furniture from Gloster and Gandia Blasco, working with the Emaar design team and Parker Procurement. The package brought two distinctive outdoor design approaches to a property operated by Vida Hotels and Resorts, where the atmosphere is intended to feel sociable and informal rather than ceremonial.

Close to the movement of Downtown, an outdoor setting offers a change of pace without requiring guests to leave the neighbourhood. Furniture is central to that transition: somewhere to settle, meet or take a break from the city. At Vida Dubai Mall, the value of the exterior is not distance from urban life, but a more relaxed way of experiencing it.
