From ski slopes to sunlit terraces.

Few hotels bring such different experiences into one address as Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. Its Aspen Chalets look onto the snow of Ski Dubai, while its outdoor settings belong unmistakably to the UAE. That contrast gives the property a character beyond its shopping destination: guests move between an imagined alpine world and the light and warmth of Dubai.

NextSpace supplied outdoor furniture and shade from DEDON, Gloster, DANAO, Ethimo, Umbrosa and Gandia Blasco. The project involved collaboration with the Kempinski hotel management team, owner Majid Al Futtaim and Innovo, bringing a broad specialist outdoor portfolio into an established hospitality property.

The six-brand package introduces different approaches to comfort, material and form within the same hotel. It reflects a property that is not defined by a single atmosphere: alpine references indoors, direct access to a major retail destination and a distinctly Dubai experience outside. NextSpace’s contribution furnishes that outdoor dimension within one of the city’s most unusual hospitality combinations.
