Description

With Norma, Rodolfo Dordoni introduces Roda to the world of the outdoor kitchen, translating the brand's language of refined simplicity into a fully fledged cooking programme. The 001 is the cooking module of the system, available with either fixed feet or castors so that it can be placed permanently on a terrace or moved freely around the outdoor living area.

Built in powder coated AISI 304 stainless steel and topped with a polished stainless steel work surface, the module provides a sturdy, hygienic and weather-resistant platform for the hob or barbecue. A larch wood shelf below keeps tools and essentials close at hand, and the unit can be equipped with optional accessories such as a stainless steel grill plate and larch cutting boards for a complete, highly functional outdoor cooking experience.

Structure: Powder coated AISI 304 stainless steel in Smoke, on wheels. Fixed feet are available as the Norma Feet Set.

Doors: Powder coated stainless steel.

Top: Polished stainless steel.

Shelves: Larch.

Hob: 3 gas burners of 3.15 kW each (9.45 kW total, European specification). Only the module with fixed feet can be connected to the domestic natural gas network. Installation by qualified personnel is required.

Accessories (sold separately): Norma Grill Plate, Norma Tray/Cutting Board 74 x 28 cm, Norma Feet Set.

Meet The Designer

Rodolfo Dordoni

Rodolfo Dordoni was an Italian architect and designer born in Milan in 1954, and a graduate of the Politecnico di Milano. Across a prolific career he shaped the identity of many of Italy's most respected design houses, working with Cappellini, Minotti, Molteni, Cassina, Artemide, Foscarini and Roda, among others, and serving as art director for several of them.

His work is recognised for its balanced proportions, quiet elegance and timeless appeal, always grounded in a deep respect for materials and craftsmanship. For Roda he has designed key outdoor collections that translate indoor living comfort into the garden, combining refined details with robust, weather-resilient construction.
