Collare Ottoman

Toan Nguyen is a Paris based French Vietnamese designer whose work spans furniture, lighting, and interiors for leading European and international brands. Trained in Paris and shaped by years inside some of Europe's most respected design studios, Nguyen has developed a considered, craft led language in which proportion, material, and detail carry every piece. His work has been exhibited internationally and recognised with multiple design awards.

For Danao, Nguyen brings a quiet, architectural sensibility to the brand's outdoor programme. The Collare collection is a study in soft geometry, pairing marine grade aluminium with hand woven rope and warm teak accents so that a single material language can carry an entire outdoor space, from the sofa and lounge chair to the dining tables and pool chaise.
