Gaia Hanging Lamp

Marc Sadler is a French born, internationally acclaimed designer based in Milan, with a multidisciplinary practice that spans furniture, lighting, sport, and consumer products. Trained as an industrial designer, he is known for a research driven approach in which materials, technology, and ergonomics are pushed in unexpected directions, often in close collaboration with leading manufacturers. His work has earned multiple Compasso d'Oro awards and is featured in permanent design collections around the world.

For Ethimo, Marc Sadler brings the same curiosity to outdoor living, designing pieces in which technical performance and emotional warmth coexist. The Gaia lamp collection is a clear expression of this approach, combining a refined teak base with a soft Polyester shade and a smart, fully portable lighting system that quietly transforms how people spend time outdoors after dark.
