Greenwich Beach Chaise

Mario Ruiz is a Spanish industrial designer based in Barcelona, widely recognised for his work across furniture, lighting, and product design for leading European brands. His studio is known for a restrained, functional approach in which proportion, material, and detail carry the weight of the design rather than ornament. Ruiz's work has been recognised with numerous international awards and is held in permanent design collections.

For Danao, Ruiz brings a disciplined European sensibility to the brand's outdoor programme. Greenwich is one of his most comprehensive ranges, spanning lounge seating, modular sofas, dining, bar, chaise and table pieces in marine grade aluminium with premium teak accents, resolved for both private residences and large scale hospitality projects.
