Root Side Table 45 dia x 66 cm

Rodolfo Dordoni (1954 to 2023) was an Italian architect and designer whose Milanese practice shaped some of the most recognizable languages in contemporary furniture. A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, he spent decades serving as art director and product designer for leading Italian brands, building a body of work defined by quiet elegance, rigorous proportions, and a deep respect for materials and craftsmanship.

For Roda, Dordoni created a long and influential series of outdoor collections that brought domestic warmth and architectural clarity to exterior living. Root distils this approach into a compact family of tables held in perfect balance between solidity and lightness, where a small teak base rises from the ground to meet a tactile top of stone, gres, wavy glass, or concrete.
