Spectra Square Straight 90° Cantilever Umbrella 2.5 x 2.5 m

Description

Designed by Dirk Wynants and made in Belgium, this cantilever parasol lifts a crisp 2.5 m square canopy off a single side pole, leaving the whole space beneath completely free. The straight 90 degree pole keeps a tight, upright footprint, ideal where floor space is precious, on any terrace, poolside or dining area.

It rotates a full 360 degrees to follow the sun and is finished in premium acrylic canvas on a powder coated aluminium frame. Engineered to Umbrosa's exacting Belgian standards and wind tunnel tested at TU Delft, the Spectra is a quiet, architectural luxury built to feel considered season after season. Available in thirteen canvas colours and five frame finishes.

Meet The Designer

Dirk Wynants

Dirk Wynants is one of Belgium's most influential outdoor design figures, known internationally for rethinking how people gather and relax outdoors. His work favours bold, honest engineering and generous, social forms, ideas that helped reshape the garden from a place to look at into a place to live in.

For Umbrosa he designed the Spectra, a cantilever umbrella that lifts its canopy off a single side pole to leave the space beneath entirely free. Every element, from the glass fibre ribs to the full 360 degree rotation, reflects his belief that outdoor design should be as intelligent as it is beautiful, made to last and to feel effortless in daily use.
