Mario Ruiz

Mario Ruiz is a Spanish industrial designer known for his ability to distil complex forms into clean, functional objects. His Valencia based studio works across furniture, lighting, and product design, guided by a philosophy of simplicity and structural honesty that has earned international recognition.

His work with Danao on the Tribeca collection channels an urban design vocabulary into outdoor furniture, using woven polypropylene rope over aluminium to create pieces that are at once lightweight and visually substantial. The result is a collection that moves effortlessly between contemporary architecture and natural landscapes.
