Brand Certificate

At NextSpace Furniture, every piece we sell is 100% original. We are an authorized retailer of the world's finest outdoor furniture brands, and each product we offer comes to you through official channels, never a replica, never a copy.

Authenticity you can trust

The luxury outdoor pieces we carry are designed and manufactured by celebrated ateliers. Their value lies not only in how they look, but in the materials, engineering, and craftsmanship behind them. A genuine piece is built to live outdoors for years, keeping its comfort, its finish, and its integrity season after season.

Replicas may imitate the shape, but they cannot match the quality. They often rely on lesser materials that fade, crack, or fail once exposed to sun, rain, and salt air. When you buy from NextSpace, you receive the real product, exactly as its maker intended.

Product Information

Description

Rodolfo Dordoni designed the Spool Two Seater Sofa for Roda as the two seater of a sofa family inspired by weaving spools, where sinuous lines balance strength and lightness. The structure is in powder coated stainless steel in Smoke, Milk or Rust, with a backrest of closely spaced 7 mm cords in polyester or acrylic.

A 4 piece cushion kit with hydro draining padding makes it deep and comfortable, and it can be dressed in more than one hundred Roda outdoor fabrics. Choose from thirteen cord colours, five of them in recycled cord. It brings quiet luxury to private terraces, gardens and poolside lounges.

Meet The Designer

NextSpace Furniture

Rodolfo Dordoni

Rodolfo Dordoni (1954 to 2023) was an Italian architect and designer whose Milanese practice shaped some of the most recognizable languages in contemporary furniture. A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, he spent decades serving as art director nd product designer for leading Italian brands, building a body of work defined by quiet elegance, rigorous proportions, and a deep respect for materials and craftsmanship.

For Roda, Dordoni created a long and influential series of outdoor collections that brought domestic warmth and architectural clarity to exterior living. Spool is one of his most expressive programmes, a sofa family where a closely spaced succession of cords wrapped around a tubular metal frame creates sinuous lines that recall weaving spools, balancing strength and lightness without ever neglecting the comfort of the seating.
