Description

Designed by NG Design for Umbrosa and made in Belgium, the Eclipsum PX is the only truly round cantilever parasol, a perfect circle of shade that floats beside its offset pole like a sculptural object. Nothing else reads quite like it on a terrace, poolside or garden, where it works as much as an eye catcher as a sunshade.

This is the freely combinable version, so you pair a Papyrus White or Black powder coated frame with any of the fourteen acrylic canopy colours at a single price. The pole and ring rotate a full 360 degrees, the canopy is easy to install and to store, and the latest version is reinforced throughout with stronger glass fibres and a better rotation axis for improved wind resistance. Every parasol includes a protective cover.

Protective cover: Included (Flanelle cover bag).

Material: 100% acrylic canvas canopy (260 g/m²), available in 14 colours.

Ribs: Glass fibre, Ø 6 mm.

Frame and pole: Powder coated aluminium pole, available in Papyrus White (RAL 9018) or Black (RAL 9005).

Handle and fixings: Stainless steel handle plate with powder coated hooks and ring fixation.

Spigot: Geomet coated marine grade steel, 8 mm.

Base: Galvanised steel with powder coating, with a choice of powder coated or thermo poplar wood top plate.

Made to order: Other frame, base and base top plate colour combinations are available on request. Contact NextSpace brand expert.

Mount: Choose concrete anchorage (permanent fixing), the mobile tile base (ships complete with tiles and wheelset included) or the large flat base.

Rotation: The pole and ring rotate a full 360 degrees, and the canopy is easy to install and store.

Wind resistance: Up to 5 Beaufort (38 km/h, 24 mph) with a permanently fixed base, tested at TU Delft. The latest version is reinforced with stronger glass fibres and an improved rotation axis.
