Ethimo Lamp

Christophe Pillet is one of the most respected French designers of his generation, with a practice that spans furniture, lighting, interior design, and architecture. Trained in Italy and based in Paris, he became internationally known in the nineteen nineties for a refined, restrained design language in which elegance and quiet sophistication are always paired with a clear sense of purpose. His work has been produced by many of the leading European design and lifestyle brands and is regularly featured in exhibitions and collections around the world.

For Ethimo, Christophe Pillet has developed several lounge oriented collections that translate the world of yachting and seaside living into refined outdoor furniture. The Baia Lamp continues this dialogue, adding a discreet thread of light to the Baia and Costiera seating system and turning each sofa or daybed into a small, considered place to inhabit after dark.
